Our Adobo is the only blend on the market made with fresh ginger root. Great on everything, poultry, beef, pork, and fish. Adding the perfect Puerto Rican flavor to every dish.
TO USE: Sprinkle on meat, 1 teaspoon per pound, marinate, let stand at least 30 minutes (the longer the better!) and cook as desired.
I used the Herb Sea Salt on my pork chops tonight and the taste was awesome. The family enjoyed them!

We buy this every time we go to Puerto Rico. It is our favorite spice. We use it on everything. Meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, even without marinating, it is delicious.

Perfect on fish, especially talipia. Adds just the righ amount of flavor to dishes. The longer it marinates (sits) the better it is.
