Our Pepper and Herbs has very low salt content. Great seasoning for everything! Black pepper, garlic, tarragon, sea salt, rosemary, and oregano.
TO USE: Sprinkle on meat, poultry or fish, 1 teaspoon per pound, let stand at least 30 minutes (the longer the better!), and cook as desired.
I make a peppered chicken and this is the perfect blend.
