Recently I visited the store in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The saleswoman was so rude I wished I hadn't made my purchase. When I approached her to ask a question she said, "Yes?" A courteous sales person would ask, "Can I help you?"
I bought two large bottles, which would have to be checked, as they were too big to carry on. When I asked if she could pack them so they could go in a suitcase, she demurred, even though she had been wrapping other bottles, and was standing next to a pile of packing paper.
I don't know what her deal was, but I would not buy from this company again.
