Coconut Curry Shrimp with White Rice

  1. Season shrimp with Herbed Sea Salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper, Sunsational Garlic, and Savory Ginger. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and turmeric. Cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and Spicy Caribbee Coconut Curry Sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add shrimp to the sauce and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in cilantro. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve immediately with white rice.
