BUTTERNUT SQUASH MAC AND CHEESE

2 Cups of Butternut Squash

1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Savoury Ginger Sauce

3/4 Cup Milk

1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary

1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme

1/2 Tsp Sage

1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Cup Shredded Gouda

1/2 Cup Parmesan

Salt and Pepper

Chili Flakes
Instructions

Cut the butternut squash in half and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Preheat your oven to 400 F and put in the butternut squash for 25 min, after that let it cool and scoop it out and add to your blender with the herbs, spices, and milk.

Cook your pasta of choice, put the sauce in a separate dish, add the pasta, cheeses, the butternut squash sauce and pasta water to desired thickness.
