Saucee Churrasco (Skirt Steak)
1 tsp. Spicy Caribbee Steak Seasoning
2 thinly sliced white med. onions
3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. Spicy Caribbee Saucee Tamarind sauce
Rub Spicy Caribbee Steak Seasoning on the Churrasco.
Heat one tbs. butter in a skillet and set over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until tender. Add 1 ½ tbs. of SC Saucee Tamarind and cook until golden. Remove from skillet.
Add remaining 1 ½ tbs of butter to skillet over medium-high heat. Add churrasco and cook until desired doneness. Smother with the sautéed onions and serve.
Green salad and baked potato, rice or tostones (Fried plantains)
*Note, this recipe is delicious if you would like to substitute Saucee Tamarind with our Island Thyme Delight (BBQ sauce), or Jerk sauce.
