Our Jerk is excellent on chicken, pork, tenderloin, and fish. Just rub on, marinate for a few hours, and grill. Add juice of a lemon to chicken or fish for unique Jamaican flavor. Scallions, pimento, garlic, thyme, onion, and spices.
TO USE: Sprinkle on meat, 1 teaspoon per pound, marinate, let stand at least 30 minutes (the longer the better!) and cook as desired.
One of the best part of my visit to Puerto Rico if visiting the Spicy Caribbee shop. Great selection of spices. Can't live with out this jerk seasoning.
